Buy this card

Strengths: Amazing speed, performance, software bundle, cables.

Weakness: Hard to find, only 1xDVI and 1xVGA.

This card is based on the ATI x800xt. This is a full 16-pipeline card with 256MB of RAM. I'm able to play Battlefield 2 at 1600x1200 on it easily. This card is the same thing as an X800XT Platinum Edition. All you have to do is use the included software to bump the clock speeds to (or over) PE levels. This card is amazing the picture...

Strengths: This card is incredible. I was looking for a an X800 Xt PE but they are scarce and way overpriced. Was able to overclock this to same specs as PE with included utility. For many $ less.

With the included overclock utility provided by GigaByte it allows you to have a Platinum Edition card minus the over inflated...

Weakness: not quite impressive with Flight Sim 2004.

I bought this card mainly to play Flight Sim 2004 at the highest resolution but I'm quite unhappy with it's performance. The other components in my system are also high quality like AMD athlon 3500+, A8V deluxe, 10000 rpm 80 gb hdd, 500w x-connect power supply, 1 gb RAM from crucial, etc, but with the highest settings in Flight Sim 2004 at 800 x 600 the game does not give me all that great...
