Venice is the update version of...
Strengths: inexpansive, decent performance, SSE3, better memory controller, runs cooler
Weakness: slightly more expansive than Winchester.
Venice is the update version of Winchester. It runs slightly cooler with a better memory controller which is a plus for overclockers. The new addition of SSE3 instructions is good if you use it. With the ability of 64-bit operation, this CPU is future-proof. Despite the fact that this CPU is rather inexpansive, one thing it doesn't lack of is the performance. Highly recommend this CPU for anyone...

Bringin.... not just singin
Strengths: Smoooth game play(lot of CSS and original CS).
Weakness: None that I noticed.
I suggest getting a motherboard that will compliment this chip (I have cheap Chaintech w/1689 chipset so i can run my AGP 6600 gt vid card). Gamers dream....AMD! But lookin forward to 3800 X2 AMD...and saving lol
